CPHLIVING’s challenge
When we started working with CPHLIVING, they had made use of various communication channels and experimented with initiatives in Facebook, Google Ads and SEO, but without achieving the desired results. In addition, CPHLIVING wanted to focus on having a higher turnover through e-commerce rather than physical stores percentage-wise. Together with CPHLIVING, we decided to change the strategy.
CPHLIVING wanted to increase their conversion rate, as well as achieve a better ROAS on their SEM and SoMe efforts. Here, the company was interested to see what Green.Click could do to boost sales.
The new strategy focused on a joint effort, as it required not only our work, but also CPHLIVING, as the company had to keep their focus on the personal as well as the quality of the products.

Reflections
The reflections were thus on how to increase sales while at the same time expressing the new communicative profile of the company. Our focus was primarily to create a strong starting point for the communication to be used in the promotions on Google Ads, SEO and Social Media, especially Facebook and Instagram, which proved to be just right for CPHLIVING, which is showing really impressive results.
Green Click joined up and already after a short time, the cooperation showed results in the form of large savings in Adwords payments and and at the same time increased sales.

At Green.Click, we’ve been fortunate to work with CPHLIVING since the summer of 2018, seeing an overall growth of 56% on the online store and an increased revenue of 88% from Google Ads, which we’ve been working on since day one.

Our joint achievements
We have focused heavily on advertising via Google Ads, which has had a very positive impact on the company’s figures. Just look at the numbers above.
The number of sales has also increased after we at Green.Click gave the communication a thorough overhaul, which has resulted in an even sharper profile.
The new communicative profile has more edge, making the whole concept more visible. At the same time, we have seen an increase in purchases on the Danish market via Google Ads of +56.87% in 2020. This increase has naturally led to an increase in turnover.
Growth in the North
We have also increased our efforts in the Nordic region during the cooperation, focusing on Norway and Sweden in particular. In 2020, we saw nice growth.
